How many days is your delivery?
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 4 PM will be prepared and shipped on the same day. Delivery can be expected the next day, depending on your location.
Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the following day.
Branded Items: Orders that include branding may take a minimum of 2 days for processing, depending on the quantity. These items will be shipped once prepared.
Customer Service: Our Customer Service team will reach out if any issues arise that are not covered by the terms outlined here.
Do you deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays?
Orders placed the day before a weekend or public holiday will be shipped the same day, but delivery timing will be determined by the courier service. Delivery may occur on the next working day.
Do you deliver to my postcode?
We offer delivery within the UAE. For locations outside of the UAE, we can also deliver. We will contact you directly for shipping details and costs.
Is same day delivery possible?
